add with subitem 12-1) of the following content:
"12-1) authorized body in the field of fishery (further - authorized body) - the central executive body performing management in the field of protection, reproduction and use of fish resources and other water animals and also within the powers cross-industry coordination;";
23) to exclude the subitem;
state Item 9 in the following edition:
"9. According to Item 5 of article 39 of the Law fishery is not allowed:
