1. Approve the enclosed Fishery regulations.

2. To provide to committee of forestry and fauna of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) the state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) within ten calendar days after the state registration of this order its direction on official publication in periodic printing editions and in information system of law of Ad_let;

3) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.

Fishery regulations

Chapter 1. General provisions

1. These rules of fishery are developed according to the subitem 25) of article 9-1 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About protection, reproduction and use of fauna" (further - the Law) and determine procedure for the organization and carrying out on fishery reservoirs and (or) sites by physical persons and legal entities of commercial and amateur (sports) fishery, research, control, meliorative lov, and also fishing in the reproduction purposes.

2. Action of Item 8, of subitems 1), 3), 6), 9), 10), 11) and 12) of Item 9, of subitems 2), 3), 4), 6), 12), 18) and 19) of Item 10, of Chapter 3 of these rules does not extend to fishery reservoirs and (or) sites for implementation of lake and commodity economic activity according to the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About aquaculture".

3. Fishery on the reservoirs which are part of especially protected natural territories with the status of the legal entity is regulated by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About especially protected natural territories".

4. In these rules of fishery the following basic concepts are used:

1) the notice – the sign specifying the name and borders of reproduction sites and zones of rest, fishery reservoirs and (or) sites, and also terms and places, forbidden for fishery;

2) it is excluded according to the Order of the deputy. The Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan of 14.10.2025 No. 372;

4) fishery – fishing of fish resources and other water animals;

6) the period of reproduction of fishes – period of time during which there is spawning of fishes of this or that type;
