About introduction of amendments to the Code of the Republic of Moldova about education No. 152/2014
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
Art. I. - In the Code of the Republic of Moldova about education No. 152/2014 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2014, Art. No. 319-324, 634), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:
1. Add Article 10 with part (6) the following content:
"(6) the State provides certification of skills of communication in Romanian of adults and pupils of lyceum education according to the regulatory base approved by the Government.".
2. Part (Article 11 to state 2) in the following edition:
"(2) Education is directed to forming of the following key skills (competences) advanced at the European level which determine profile of training of the graduate:
a) skills of communication in Romanian and skills of reading, the letter and understanding of essence of information;
b) skills of communication in the native language and in the multilingual circle;
c) skills in mathematics, sciences, technologies and engineering;
d) digital skills, including skills of safety on the Internet and cyber security;
e) personal, social skills and skill of ability to study;
f) skills of civic consciousness, legal and ecological skills;
g) entrepreneurial skills;
h) skills of increase in cultural awareness and skills of cultural self-expression.".
3. In the part Item j 1) (1) Article 15 of the word "organization of additional art education" shall be replaced with words "organization of additional out-of-school art education", "organizations of additional art education" shall be replaced with words words "organizations of additional out-of-school art education".
4. In Article 17:
in part (words "additional art" shall be replaced with words 1) "additional out-of-school art";
in Item and) parts ("organizations of additional education in the field of arts" shall be replaced with words 7-1) words "organizations of additional out-of-school art education".
