About modification of some orders of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic

For the purpose of optimization of procedures of issue of licenses and state qualification certificates in the field of architectural and construction activities, according to articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for carrying out the state qualification certification of specialists of construction industry" of February 26, 2021 No. 63 the following changes:

in Regulations on the procedure for carrying out the state qualification certification of specialists of construction industry approved by the above-stated resolution:

- add Chapter 1 with Items 8-1 - 8-3 following of content:

"8-1. Issue of the state qualification certificate is carried out in the form of inclusion in the online register of the issued certificates without provision of the paper certificate.
