Make changes and additions to the following resolutions of the Plenum of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Uzbekistan:
1. The resolution of the Plenum of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Uzbekistan of July 20, 2011 for No. 06 "About practice of application by courts of the legislation on cases on annulment of marriage":
To consider the paragraph of the sixth of Item 15 paragraphs the sixth and seventh and to state in the following edition:
"The court according to the statement of spouses or one of them in the presence of strong reasons has the right to reduce the term provided for conciliation and to consider case before its expiration. If in the statement by the basis it is specified that person underwent to spousal (household) assault and about it the court resolution is provided, the court reduces the term provided for conciliation and appoints case to consideration.
The question of reducing the term provided for conciliation is considered in judicial session with the notice of the parties and removal of determination.".
