About modification of article 16-1 of the Law of Ukraine "About social and legal protection of the military personnel and members of their families"

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. "About social and legal protection of the military personnel and members of their families" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1992, No. 15, of Art. 190 with the following changes) to state the paragraph of the seventh of item 4 of article 16-1 of the Law of Ukraine in the following edition:

"other dependents of the died (died) person who have pension entitlement in case of loss of the supporter according to the Law of Ukraine "About provision of pensions of persons discharged from military service and some other persons".

II. Final provisions

1. This Law becomes effective in one month from the date of, its publication following behind day, except Item 2 of this Section which becomes effective from the date of publication of this Law.

2. To the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine within one month from the date of publication of this Law:

bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this Law;

provide reduction by the ministries, other central executive bodies of their regulatory legal acts in compliance with this Law.
