About financing of expenses of the republican budget
Based on the paragraph of thirty third No. 93 "About additional measures for ensuring stable functioning of economy" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: parts one of subitem 2.10 of Item 2 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of March 14, 2022
1. To the Ministry of Finance to increase in 2025 the expenses of the republican budget for functional classification provided to the Ministry of Agriculture and Food on development of agricultural production, fish breeding and conversion of agricultural products by 11 514 thousand rubles, including for ensuring landing of fruit crops and care of them – by 7434 thousand rubles, by construction of facilities of antiflood protection in the most flood-prone Areas of Polesia – by 4080 thousand rubles.
To increase the expenses specified in part one of this Item due to the corresponding reduction of the expenses of the republican budget provided to the Ministry of Agriculture and Food on functional classification on other questions in the field of agricultural industry.
2. Make changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:
2.1. in the State program "Agrarian business" for 2021-2025 approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of February 1, 2021 No. 59:
in Chapter 3:
to state the paragraph of the sixth part one in the following edition:
