1. The maximum payment levied by the holder of the register of owners of securities (further respectively - the holder of the register, the register) from persons for whom personal accounts (further - registered persons), for provision of information by it from the register are opened (further - the maximum payment for provision of information from the register) is determined in rubles with rounding to integer by rules of mathematical rounding on formula:

10 - by provision of the information on opening to the registered person of personal account provided by paragraph one of Item 7.1 of the Provision of the Bank of Russia No. 799-P, or information on change of type of personal account of the registered person on other type, provided by the paragraph third Item 7.1 of the Provision of the Bank of Russia No. 799-P, or information on transactions on personal account of the registered person in report type about the performed operation on personal account of the registered person according to Item 7.2 of the Provision of the Bank of Russia No. 799-P, or information on suspension of transactions on personal account of the registered person, stipulated in Item 7.7 Provisions of the Bank of Russia No. 799-P, or information on renewal of transactions on personal account of the registered person, stipulated in Item 7.8 Provisions of the Bank of Russia No. 799-P;

KF - the coefficient equal 1, if information from the register is provided on paper, or the coefficient equal to 0,5, if information from the register is provided in electronic form;

IPTs - the indicator calculated from January 1, 2025 as the work of consumer price indexes (December of accounting year by December of previous year) <2>, published in single interdepartmental information and statistical system on the Internet according to the Regulations on single interdepartmental information and statistical system approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of May 26, 2010 No. 367, divided on 100, and in the absence of such consumer price indexes, - accepted equal 1;
