The government of the Russian Federation decides:
1. Create single interdepartmental information and statistical system.
2. Approve the enclosed Regulations on single interdepartmental information and statistical system.
3. Determine that:
operator of single interdepartmental information and statistical system is the Ministry of digital development, communication and mass communications of the Russian Federation;
coordinator of single interdepartmental information and statistical system is the Federal State Statistics Service.
4. Provide to the Ministry of Telecom and Mass Communications of the Russian Federation:
a) together with Federal State Statistics Service commissioning till January 1, 2011 of single interdepartmental information and statistical system and its further functioning;
b) technological capability of inclusion by subjects of the official statistical recording of official statistical information in structure of the official state information statistical resources entering single interdepartmental information and statistical system.
5. To subjects of the official statistical recording to include official statistical information in structure of the official state information statistical resources entering single interdepartmental information and statistical system according to the federal plan of statistical works.
6. Financial provision of the expenses connected with implementation of this Resolution in 2010 is performed within budgetary appropriations on execution of the operating payment commitments provided to Federal State Statistics Service and the Ministry of Telecom and Mass Communications of the Russian Federation in the federal budget for 2010 on management and management in the field of the established functions.
7. To the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation and the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation by preparation of the federal law draft about the federal budget for 2011 and for planning period to provide allocation of budgetary appropriations:
