the quantity and amount of the security transactions made by physical person and (or) the signed agreements, stipulated in Item 1 article 4.1 of the Federal Law of April 22, 1996 No. 39-FZ "About the security market", and (or) the agreements which are derivative financial instruments, considered for recognition of physical person by the skilled investor and also the period for which the specified transactions and (or) agreements are made (are concluded);

types and the size of the property belonging to physical person, procedure of payments of the size of the specified property for recognition of physical person by the skilled investor;

types and the size of the income of physical person, the period of receipt of the specified income and procedure of payments of its size for recognition of physical person by the skilled investor;

education, the academic degree and qualification of physical person in the sphere of the financial markets confirmed with the certificate on qualification granted according to part 4 of article 4 of the Federal Law of July 3, 2016 No. 238-FZ "About independent assessment of qualification" for recognition by his skilled investor;

the list of certificates (certificates) for recognition of physical person by the skilled investor;

education or academic degree, depending on which availability (absence) (which) can differ amount of the security transactions made by physical person, the signed agreements, stipulated in Item 1 article 4.1 of the Federal Law of April 22, 1996 with No. 39-FZ "About the security market", the signed agreements which are derivative financial instruments, the size of property or the income of physical person for recognition by his skilled investor;

the list of types of the securities intended for skilled investors concerning whom confirmation of availability at physical person of knowledge for the purposes of subitems 4 and 5 of item 4 of article 51.2 of the Federal Law of April 22, 1996 No. 39-FZ "About the security market" can be received;

the size of equity of the legal entity for recognition by his skilled investor;

quantity, amount and term of the security transactions made by the legal entity and the signed agreements which are derivative financial instruments considered for recognition of the legal entity by the skilled investor;
