1. Make changes to the following resolutions of Board of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. in the Instruction about disclosure of information approved by the resolution of Board of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus of January 11, 2013 No. 19:
in Item 3:
after the word "procedure" to add with the word", terms";
words", established by this Instruction" shall be replaced with words "this Instruction and other legislation regulating questions of disclosure of information by banks";
to exclude subitem 8.13-1 of Item 8;
to add part one of Item 11 with words "if other term is not established by the legal acts regulating questions of disclosure of the relevant information";
1.2. in the resolution of Board of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus of January 8, 2020 No. 1 "About risk management when outsourcing":
