According to subitem 4-2) of article 19 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About public-private partnership" the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:

1. Approve the enclosed list of projects of public-private partnership of the special importance which development is performed together with the international financial institutions.

2. This resolution becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
