About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About protection and use of historical and cultural heritage"

Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About protection and use of historical and cultural heritage" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2000, No. 1, the Art. 16) the following changes:
Article 32 to state 1) in the following edition:
"Article 32. Ensuring safety of objects of historical and cultural heritage during the economic works and development of the territory
The authorized state body in the field of culture approves the list of the territories with high potential of detection of objects of historical and cultural heritage (further - the List). If the alienable territory is included in this List, the authorized state body in the field of culture approves the conclusion about archaeological inspection (about availability or lack of such objects).
The organizations, leading construction, roadwork or development of virgin lands, development of pits or construction of the dikes leading to flooding or essential change of landscape at stage of engineering and prospecting works and in case of transfer (transformation) of the earth shall conduct archaeological examination on availability or lack of objects of historical and cultural heritage in the alienable territory if this territory is included in the List according to part one of this Article.
Archaeological examination is conducted in accordance with the established procedure according to article 33 of this Law for customer account of performance of works, specified in this Article.
Economic works, in case of origin in the course of these works of threat of safety of objects of historical and cultural heritage or abuse of regulations of their protection, can be suspended or prohibited according to the procedure, established by the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic.";
