About introduction of amendments to the laws of the Azerbaijan Republic "About consumer protection", "About wine growing and winemaking", "About medicines" and "About advertizing"
Millie Majlis of the Azerbaijan Republic, being guided by Items 12 and 26 of part I of article 94 of the Constitution of the Azerbaijan Republic, decides:
Article 1. Make the following changes to the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About consumer protection" (Sheets of the Supreme Council of the Azerbaijan Republic, 1995, No. 23-24, Article 368; Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic (volume I); 2024, No. 2, Article 132; No. 6 (book I), Article 631; 2025, No. 1, Article 9; The Law of the Azerbaijan Republic of March 18, 2025 No. 161-VIIQD):
1.1. To state part 5 of Article 13 in the following edition:
"5. Advertizing of goods, production (realization) of which is subject to licensing or certification, it is allowed only in the presence of the relevant supporting documents. At the same time in advertizing license number and (or) the certificate, date of their issue and the name of the body which issued them shall be specified. If specifying of these data is impossible owing to features of advertizing medium, information on availability of the corresponding license and (or) the certificate shall be provided, and also conditions for acquaintance of the consumer of advertizing with the specified information shall be created.";
1.2. To add Item 18.0.5 after the word "distributor" with the words "inflyuenser of digital platform".
Article 2. Article 15-1.2.1 of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About wine growing and winemaking" (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2002, No. 1, Article 3 (volume I); 2024, No. 4, article 365, No. 5 (the book I), Article 488) after words to "producer" to add with the words "and in the materials placed on digital platform by inflyuenser of digital platform".
