About measures for implementation of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Kazakhstan of March 18, 2025 No. 818 "About measures for further enhancement of system of public administration of the Republic of Kazakhstan"

1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2. Rename:

1) the republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "The national nuclear center of the Republic of Kazakhstan" Energy ministries of the Republic of Kazakhstan" in the republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "The national nuclear center of the Republic of Kazakhstan" the Agencies of the Republic of Kazakhstan on atomic energy";

2) the republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "Institute of nuclear physics" of the Department of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan" in the republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "Institute of nuclear physics" of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on atomic energy".

3. Determine the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan by atomic energy (in coordination):

1) authorized body on management of the corresponding industry (sphere) of public administration concerning the republican state companies on the right of economic maintaining "The national nuclear center of the Republic of Kazakhstan" the Agencies of the Republic of Kazakhstan on atomic energy "and" institute of nuclear physics" the Agencies of the Republic of Kazakhstan on atomic energy";

2) competent authority in the field of subsurface use regarding uranium investigation;

3) competent authority in the field of subsurface use regarding uranium production.

4. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its signing, except for the subitem 2) of Item 3 of this resolution which becomes effective from the date of enforcement of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan providing entering of corresponding changes and amendments into the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About subsoil and subsurface use".
