1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of March 15, 2019 No. 113 "About creation of the State center of support of national cinema" the following change:
1) of Item 2 to state the subitem in the following edition:
"1) provision of the state support in type of financing of the film projects applying for recognition by their national movies and national movies, except for the funds allocated for accomplishment of the state task for the legal entity with absolute participation of the state in the authorized capital which main object of activity is production of movies, in the amount of at least thirty percent from the total amount of financing of movies;".
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its signing.
