Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About bodies of homeland security of the Kyrgyz Republic" (the newspaper of "Erkin-limited liability partnership" of July 8, 2022 No. 60-61) the following change:
add Article 22 with part of 9-1 following content:
"9-1. Cadets (in cases, stipulated by the legislation the Kyrgyz Republic their legal representatives) shall compensate to the state the budgetary funds spent for their training in cases:
1) expels from the educational organization of authorized state body for poor progress, indiscipline, in connection with condemnation;
2) refusal to pass military service during training or upon termination of military educational institution on their initiative.".
This Law becomes effective after ten days from the date of official publication.
To the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic in two-month time from the date of official publication of this Law to bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this Law.
