About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About international treaties of the Kyrgyz Republic"

2) in Article 6:
a) state part 1 in the following edition:
"1. Offers on the conclusion of interstate international treaties are made to the President of the Kyrgyz Republic (further - the President) by the interested ministries, the state committees, administrative departments, public authorities with the special status and other state bodies of the Kyrgyz Republic which competence the questions regulated by such international treaties, except for the state bodies specified in part 4 of this Article in coordination with the Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic - the Head of Administration of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic enter (further - the Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers).";
b) the paragraph one of part 2 to state in the following edition:
"2. Offers on the conclusion of inter-parliamentary international treaties are made in Jogorku Kenesh by deputies and committees of Jogorku Kenesh.";
