"8. In case of obtaining according to the procedure, provided by the criminal procedure legislation, resolutions on suspension of transactions with the money deposited as advance payment for communication fee or about seizure of such money the operator of mobile radiotelephone communication shall stop transactions on return of such money according to the procedure and terms which are established by the criminal procedure legislation.".
This Federal Law becomes effective since September 1, 2025.
