About modification of some regulations (the mode of customs debts and the accompanying penalty fee for persons with limited opportunities of the musculoskeletal device, the rule concerning fees of compulsory medical insurance)
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
Art. I. - Article 20 of the Tax Code No. 1163/1997 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, special release of February 8, 2007), with subsequent changes to add with the Item d 11) of the following content:
"d 11) compensation by the government employee and to the persons holding responsible state position, fulfilling the service duties in the settlements other than the place of their accommodation, transportation expenses on journey there and back and/or expenses on hiring of housing in the procedure established by the Government;".
Art. II. - In the Law on the size, procedure and payment due dates of fees of compulsory medical insurance No. 1593/2002 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2003, Art. No. 18-19, 57), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:
1. In part (1) Article 10 of the word", and persons using temporary protection" shall be replaced with words ", persons using temporary protection, and persons petitioning for provision of shelter".
2. In Article 17:

part (to add 4) with the offer of the following content: "The current of prescriptive limit stops for delay or payment by installments of debt repayment on payment of fees of compulsory medical insurance and the corresponding penalty fee.".
