Bring in the Family code of the Kyrgyz Republic (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2004, No. 1, the Art. 1) the following changes:
in Item 3 of Article 63:
a) the third and fourth to state paragraphs in the following edition:
"-by name the father with addition of the word "uulu" for children of male and the word "kyza" for female children or without that addition. In these cases the middle name is not appropriated to the child;
- by the name of grandfathers without addition of the termination to it, and also at the request of parents the name of the father can be added;";
b) add with the paragraph the fifth the following content:
"-by the name of grandfathers with accession to it of the word "tegin", and also at the request of parents the name of the father, or name of the father with addition of the word "uulu" for children of male, the word "kyza" for female children can be added. At the request of parents the surname can be appropriated to the child by name ancestors to the seventh knee in the presence of the documents confirming direct family relation or their availability in archives of authorized state body.".
Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About acts of civil status" (the newspaper of "Erkin-limited liability partnership" of August 7, 2020 No. 62) the following changes:
in part 7 of Article 17:
a) state Items 1 and 2 in the following edition:
"1) by name the father with addition of the word "uulu" for children of male and the word "kyza" for female children or without that addition. In these cases the middle name is not appropriated to the child;
