About modification of the Presidential decree of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Register of the state and municipal positions of the Kyrgyz Republic" of January 31, 2017 No. 17

1. Bring in the Presidential decree of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Register of the state and municipal positions of the Kyrgyz Republic" of January 31, 2017 No. 17 the following changes:

in the Register of the state and municipal positions of the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the above-named Decree:

in the Section II:

- to add the column "Territorial Authorities of the Ministries, State Committees" of category "G-A" of the Main Position group of Item 6 of Chapter 4 with the paragraph of the following content:

"The head of district management of agrarian development in the rank of the deputy head of local public administration - the deputy akim (*****)";

- in the note to Chapters 1-4:

add with the paragraph of the following content:

"(*****) except for areas in which the pilot project, according to the Presidential decree of the Kyrgyz Republic "About pilot project on transfer of district/regional divisions and representative offices of the ministries and departments of the Kyrgyz Republic to temporary management of pilot local public administrations" of November 15, 2024 No. 326 is implemented.".

2. This Decree becomes effective after ten days from the date of official publication.
