The anniversary medal "Turkmenistanyn Bitaraplygynyn 30 yyllygyna" of Turkmenistan is established for rewarding of persons which made honest work big contribution to success achieved in political, social and economic, spiritual and cultural areas of our country and on strengthening of independence, legal status of permanent neutrality of Turkmenistan and international peace and trust.
2. Are awarded with the anniversary medal "Turkmenistanyn Bitaraplygynyn 30 yyllygyna" of Turkmenistan:
for long-term honest work on strengthening of the state independence and legal status of permanent neutrality of Turkmenistan, vigorous and effective state and public work, and also for big personal deposit in consolidation of the international authority Otchizna around the world according to the principles of permanent neutrality;
for labor progress and big merits in implementation of the planned programs for strengthening of economic power, development of science, education, culture and art, health care, and also other spheres of life of independent, constantly neutral Turkmenistan;
for big personal deposit in consolidation of defense capability of independent, constantly neutral Turkmenistan, case of safety of citizens, legality and law and order;

In the center of circle against the background of the globe the map of Turkmenistan enameled green color, the Roman figure "XXX" designating the 30 anniversary of permanent neutrality of Turkmenistan, National flag of Turkmenistan and the Flag of the United Nations connected by the image of poplar and the image of falcon with the spread wings is represented.
The anniversary medal is connected by ringlet to the block in the form of flag having width of 30 mm and height of 20 mm. On block, five Turkmen carpet gels, two olive branches and half moon with five stars are represented enameled green color.
