Article 1

Bring in the Federal Law of December 28, 2009 No. 381-FZ "About bases of state regulation of trading activity in the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2010, No. 1, Art. 2; 2011, No. 48, Art. 6728; 2012, No. 53, Art. 7643; 2016, No. 27, Art. 4197, 4206; 2018, No. 1, Art. 71; No. 31, Art. 4861; No. 49, Art. 7518; No. 53, Art. 8414; 2021, No. 24, Art. 4188; No. 27, Art. 5182; 2022, No. 8, Art. 1035; No. 14, Art. 2199; 2023, No. 25, Art. 4393, 4417) following changes:

1) in Article 1:

a) add part 1 with the words "and activities for research of the goods markets";

b) add part 2 with Item 5 of the following content:

"5) ensuring reliability of results of activities for research of the goods markets.";

c) "implementation of trading activity" to add part 3 after words with the words "and activities for research of the goods markets", to add with the words "and activities for research of the goods markets";

d) add with parts 4.2 and 4.3 of the following content:

"4.2. Provisions of Chapter 2.1 of this Federal Law are not applied to persons whose revenue (their group of persons determined according to the antitrust law) for the last calendar year does not exceed eight hundred million rubles.

4.3. Provisions of Chapter 2.1 of this Federal Law are not applied to organizers of researches of the goods markets in the following cases:
