About introduction of amendments to the Order of the Minister of Finance "About approval of standard forms of payment notices" No. 17/2020

In pursuance of provisions of Art. 191 and Section VII of the Tax code No. 1163-XIII of 24.04.1997, proceeding from the changes and amendments made by the Law No. 212/2023 "About modification of some regulations relating to budget tax policy" (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova No. 297-301, to Art. 514 of 10.08.2023), I ORDER:

1. "About approval of standard forms of payment notices" to change the order of the Minister of Finance to No. 17/2020 as follows:

a) add item 4-1 with the following content:

"4-1. Approve standard form of the Payment notice on collection for objects of trade and/or objects for rendering services for the physical persons performing independent activities according to appendix No. 7.";

b) add with appendix No. 7 according to appendix to this order.

2. Calculation of collection for objects of trade and/or objects for rendering services in case of the physical persons performing independent activities is made according to the payment notice approved by this order since the third quarter 2023.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
