About modification of the Regulations on National social customer service of Ukraine

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

Bring in Regulations on National social customer service of Ukraine, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved by the resolution of August 26, 2020 No. 783 "Some questions of national social customer service of Ukraine" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2020, No. 73, Art. 2300; 2024, No. 76, the Art. 4484) changes which are applied.

Changes which are made to Regulations on National social customer service of Ukraine

1. In Item 5:

1) in subitem 4 of the word "books internal audit of use of financial and material resources and exercises the corresponding control" to exclude;

Shall be replaced with words 2) in subitem 7 of the word "and also technical information security" "cyberprotection, technical and cryptographic information security";

3) to add Item with subitems 10 and 11 of the following content:

"10) is provided by functioning of internal control and performs internal audit in National social service, its territorial authorities, at the companies, in the organizations and the organizations relating to the sphere of its management;

11) carries out other powers determined by the legislation.".

2. In Item 11:

Subitem 19 to state 1) in the following edition:
