Some questions of National social customer service of Ukraine
Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Form National social customer service of Ukraine as the central executive body which activities go and coordinated by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine through the Minister of social policy and which realizes state policy in the sphere of social protection of the population, protection of the rights of children, implementation of the state control of observance of requirements of the legislation by provision of social support and observance of the rights of children.
1-1. Liquidate the Public social service.
2. Form as legal entities of the public law territorial authorities of National social customer service according to the list according to appendix.
3. Approve Regulations on National social customer service of Ukraine which are applied.
4. Determine that the National social customer service is legal successor of property, the rights and obligations of the Public social service which is liquidated.
5. Place National social customer service under lease to the address: Kiev, Ulitsa Esplanadnaya, 8/10.
6. Make changes which are applied to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
7. Recognize invalid resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine according to the list which is attached.
8. To provide to fund of state-owned property the conclusion with National social customer service of the lease agreement on the conditions provided for state-financed organizations with compensation of the actual costs to the asset holder connected with content.
9. To the ministry of social policy, other central executive bodies in six-months time to bring acts of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and own regulatory legal acts into compliance with this resolution.
10. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its publication, except Item 2 of the resolution which becomes effective since January 1, 2021, and Item 7 of the resolution, Item of 5 changes approved by this resolution which become effective along with the act of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of possibility of ensuring accomplishment by National social customer service of the powers and functions.

The national social customer service of Ukraine (National social service) is the central executive body which activities go and coordinated by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine through the Minister of social policy and which realizes state policy in the sphere of social protection of the population, protection of the rights of children, implementation of the state control of observance of requirements of the legislation by provision of social support and observance of the rights of children.
2. The national social service in the activities is guided by the Constitution and the laws of Ukraine, presidential decrees of Ukraine, resolutions of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine accepted according to the Constitution and the laws of Ukraine, acts of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, other acts of the legislation.
3. The main objectives of National social service are:
1) realization of state policy in the sphere of social protection of the population on questions:
provisions of social services and implementation of social work;
social family support, social protection of homeless persons;
social adaptation of persons who served sentence in the form of restriction of freedom or imprisonment for certain term, and also the specified punishment types exempted from further serving;
