About modification of the Procedure for forming and maintaining the licensed register

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Bring in the Procedure for forming and maintaining the licensed register approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 26, 2020 No. 755 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2020, No. 71, the Art. 2269) changes which are applied.

2. This resolution becomes effective in two months from the date of its publication.

Changes which are made to the Procedure for forming and maintaining the licensed register

1. Add Item 3 with paragraphs of the following content:

"Holder of the licensed register is the relevant organ of licensing.

Administrator of the licensed register is the body of licensing or the legal entity of the public law determined by body of licensing.

The procedure for maintaining the corresponding licensed register determines body of licensing.".

2. In item 4:

Subitem 1 to state 1) in the following edition:

"1) subject of managing to which the license is granted:

for legal person - full name, identification code of the legal entity in the Unified state register of the companies and organizations of Ukraine (further - identification code), the location, the list of separate divisions within which implementation of the economic activity which is subject to licensing, subscriber number of the final (terminal) equipment, the e-mail address is planned;
