Article 1

Approve the performance report of the federal budget for 2024 according to the income in the amount 36 708 608 954, of 2 thousand rubles, on expenses in the amount 40 180 501 752, of 7 thousand rubles with excess of expenses over the income (federal budget deficit) in the amount 3 471 892 798, of 5 thousand rubles and with the following indicators:

1) the income of the federal budget for 2024 by codes of classification of the income of budgets according to appendix 1 to this Federal Law;

2) expenses of the federal budget for 2024 on departmental expense structure of the federal budget according to appendices 2, 3 (confidentially) and 4 (top secret) to this Federal Law;

3) expenses of the federal budget for 2024 according to Sections and subsections of classification of budgets expenses according to appendix 5 (confidentially) to this Federal Law;

4) sources of financing of federal budget deficit for 2024 by codes of classification of sources of financing of deficits of budgets according to appendix 6 to this Federal Law.

Article 2

This Federal Law becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
