1. This Provision determines procedure for maintaining the register of unfair suppliers (further - the register) and requirements to technological, program, linguistic, legal and organizational means of ensuring of maintaining the register.
2. The register is kept the information system, in electronic form by use, including the means of the software meeting the requirements established by this Provision (further - information system).
3. Maintaining the register, including inclusion and exception of the register of information about unfair suppliers (contractors, contractors), is performed by the federal executive body authorized on control in the field of order placement according to powers in the established field of activity (further - authorized body).
