According to Items 2 and 3 of Article 167 of the Budget code of the Republic of Kazakhstan PRIKAZYVAYEM:

1. Approve:

1) Rules, terms and forms of submission of the reporting, and also the requirement to the provided information on the course and results of use of the connected grants according to appendix 1 to this order;

2) Rules of assessment of use of the connected grants according to appendix 2 to this order.

2. To provide to department of the international economic cooperation in the procedure established by the legislation within five working days from the date of signing of this order its direction for placement in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan and on Internet resource of the Ministry of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan after its first official publication.

3. To impose control of execution of this joint order on the supervising vice-minister of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the supervising vice-Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This joint order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.

1. These rules, terms and forms of submission of the reporting, and also the requirement to the provided information on the course and results of use of the connected grants (further – Rules) are developed according to Item 2 of Article 167 of the Budget code of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further – the Budget code) and determine procedure, terms and forms of submission of the reporting and information on the course and results of use of the connected grants.

2. The purposes of submission of the reporting and information, about the course and results of use of the connected grants within implementation of monitoring of their realization the efficiency evaluation of use of the connected grants, enhancement of planning process of attraction of the connected grants and development of recommendations about forming and implementation of state policy in the field of attraction of the connected grants are.

3. Creation of the report on the course and results of use of the connected grants is performed step by step and includes:

1) reflection of the planned data according to strategic plans of the budget programs of state bodies;

2) comparison of the achieved results (actual data) with planned.

4. Monthly, to the fifth, following for reporting, the central executive bodies and other state bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan responsible for realization of the connected grants represent to the central authorized body on budget implementation of form of the reporting according to appendices 1-4 to these rules.

5. The annual statement and information on the course and results of use of the connected grants are represented by the central state bodies taking into account the reporting of local representative and executive bodies according to which requests the connected grants, in the central authorized bodies on the budget policy and budget implementation according to requirements, in time no later than March 5 of the year following reporting were attracted by the provided Items 3 and 4 of Rules.
