"6. Seized goods and products concerning which requirements for marking and (or) drawing information are established of the stipulated by the legislation Russian Federation which were tools of making or objects of administrative offenses, stipulated in Article 15.12 of this Code (except for alcohol-containing medicines for medical application, alcohol-containing perfumery and cosmetic products, alcoholic products, tobacco products, nikotinsoderzhashchy products, food products, and also light industrial goods, the order by which it is performed according to the procedure established by the legislation of the Russian Federation), in cases and procedure for the order the property turned into property of the state which are established by the Government of the Russian Federation are subject to the direction for conversion (utilization), destruction or can be donated in cases and procedure, which are established by the Government of the Russian Federation, to the federal executive bodies and (or) the organizations determined by the Government of the Russian Federation.".
This Federal Law becomes effective after ninety days after day of its official publication.
