3. Criminal and executive inspections record convicts; explain procedure and conditions of serving sentence; control observance of conditions of serving sentence by convicts and execution of requirements of sentence by administration of the organizations in which convicts work; carry out with condemned educational work; with participation of police officers according to the procedure, stipulated by the legislation the Russian Federation, control behavior of convicts; if necessary send convicts to bodies of employment service for employment; make the decision on the drive of the convicts who are not on challenge or on registration without valid excuse; hold initial events for search of convicts; prepare and transfer materials about convicts which location is unknown to the relevant service.";
