No. 160-164, 537), with subsequent changes, and Articles 3, 23 and parts (2) article 34 of the Law No. 379/2023 on use named the register of passengers (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2024, Art. No. 13-16, 5) DECIDES: the Government

1. In the Order of the Government No. 1145/2018 about the organization and functioning of the General inspectorate of Boundary police (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2018, Art. No. 480-485, 1308), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1.1. 4) of Item 7 of appendix No. 1 to add the subitem with letters i) and j) the following content:

"i) collects data of the register of names of passengers (PNR) at air carriers, provides their storage and processing and transfer of the specified data or result of their processing to competent authorities, according to the Law No. 379/2023 on use named the register of passengers;

j) provides data exchange of PNR and results of data processing of PNR with departments of information on passengers of other states, the international organizations and with Europol according to the Law No. 379/2023 on use named the register of passengers;";

1.2. in appendix No. 2:

1.2.1. "Service of personal data protection" to replace line item with line item "The service of administration of the Register of names of passengers";
