1. Bring in Recommendations about criteria of identification and signs of the suspicious financial transactions connected with obtaining and (or) legalization of income gained in the criminal way, financing of terrorist activities and financing of distribution of weapons of mass destruction in case of banking operations, the Boards of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of March 29, 2023 No. 113, the following changes:
in Item of the 6th figure "44, 45" to replace with figures "351, 44, 45";
appendix 1 to these Recommendations after line item
