Bring in Recommendations about criteria of identification and signs of the suspicious financial transactions connected with obtaining and (or) legalization of income gained in the criminal way, financing of terrorist activities and financing of distribution of weapons of mass destruction in case of banking operations, the Boards of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of March 29, 2023 No. 113, the following changes:

in Item 6 of the word "to sequence numbers of the list 35-1, 44, 45" to replace with figures "184, 185, 188";

in Item 9:

after the paragraph of the twelfth to add Item with paragraphs of the following content:
