About change of the resolution of Board of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus of October 30, 2012 No. 554

1. Bring in the resolution of Board of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus of October 30, 2012 No. 554 "About approval of the Instruction about requirements imposed to the business plan, the strategic plan of development, evaluation procedure of such plans" the following changes:
in preamble to replace the word of "fourth" with the word "sixth";
in the Instruction about requirements imposed to the business plan, the strategic plan of development, evaluation procedure of such plans approved by this resolution:
in Item 1:
after words "bank, the non-bank credit and financial organization" to add with words "(further - banks)";
words "the non-bank credit and financial organization (further, unless otherwise specified, - bank)," to exclude;
state Item 2 in the following edition:
"2. Development of the business plan of bank (further - the business plan) at the initial stage of its functioning and the strategic plan of development of bank, "Development Bank of the Republic of Belarus" open joint stock company (further - the strategic plan of development) in the course of their further activities is part of the strategic planning representing continuous process of determination of the purposes and the development strategy, control of their accomplishment, adjustment and updating taking into account the changing conditions for ensuring steady functioning and development.
