2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of transport of the Republic of Kazakhstan after its official publication.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-Minister of Transport of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This order becomes effective in day of signing.

1. 2. The minimum standards are held for use in calculation of financing of construction, reconstruction, major and medium repair of streets of the capital, the cities of republican value and settlements.

3. In these Minimum standards the following concepts are used:

1) administrative and territorial unit - the capital, the cities of republican value and settlements on areas in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - RK);

2) internal roads on categories of objects - intracity roads: streets of the capital, the cities of republican value and settlements on areas in the territory of RK.

Chapter 2. Calculation of financing of the Minimum standards of transport infrastructure of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of highways for construction, reconstruction, major and medium repair of streets of the capital, the cities of republican value and settlements

4. Calculation of financing of the Minimum standards is applied in case of determination of amounts of budgetary funds for planning period.

5. Calculation of financing of the Minimum standards is created by authorized state body on highways in coordination with local actuators (akimats) of the capital, the cities of republican value and areas according to the extent of streets of the capital, the cities of republican value and settlements (further - the street) and made for each administrative and territorial unit on the following formula:
