O modification and amendments in some Orders of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan
According to article 56 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About regulatory legal acts" the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan decides:
1. Bring in the Regulations on the Ministry of transport of the Republic of Tajikistan approved by the order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of May 6, 2011 No. 250 "About the Ministry of transport of the Republic of Tajikistan", the following changes:
- to exclude words of "civil aviation" from Item 1;
- exclude the tenth, eleventh, twelfth, thirteenth, and fourteenth paragraphs of Item 5;
- to exclude the words "and to air" from the thirteenth paragraph of Item 6.
2. Exclude from appendix 4 "List of the companies, organizations and other organizations of system of the Ministry of the transport of the Republic of Tajikistan" approved by the order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of May 6, 2011 No. 250 "About the Ministry of transport of the Republic of Tajikistan" the following paragraphs:
"State unitary enterprise "Tochikaeronavigation"
International Airport Khujand open joint stock company
International Airport Qurghonteppa open joint stock company
International Airport Kulob open joint stock company
Tajik of Eyre open joint stock company
International Airport Dushanbe open joint stock company.".
3. Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of December 29, 2017 No. 596 "About the Agency of civil aviation under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan" the following changes and amendments:
