Based on subitems 2.2 and 2.5 of Item 2 of Article 6, No. 226-Z "About currency control and currency exchange control" and parts one of article 39 of the Bank code of the Republic of Belarus the Board of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: parts one of subitem 2.3 of Item 2 of article 8 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 22, 2003
1. Bring in the Instruction about registration by residents of currency agreements approved by the resolution of Board of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus of February 12, 2021 No. 37, the following changes:
in Item 3:
in paragraph one of part one of the word "prisoners between residents and nonresidents the currency agreements providing carrying out" shall be replaced with words "the currency agreements providing carrying out between residents and nonresidents";
in part two:
the sixteenth after the word "resident" to add the paragraph with words "(the guarantor, the guarantor)";
the twentieth to state the paragraph in the following edition:
