About change of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of March 16, 2006 No. 367

1. Bring in the Instruction about procedure for filling, representation, registration, accounting and storage of special forms of registration of the financial transactions which are subject to special control approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of March 16, 2006 No. 367, the following changes:
1.1. the first and second Item 3 to state parts in the following edition:
"3. The special form is filled in separately on each financial transaction, on the same financial transactions as which are understood performed repeatedly (two times and more) during the analyzed period with one person or concerning the same person the financial transactions of one type and (or) financial transactions corresponding to one sign of suspiciousness.
In DFM the special form is presented in the form of the electronic document. For filling of the special form in the form of the electronic document of person, the performing financial transactions, use the program complexes which are specially intended for filling, transfer and storage of special forms (data on the financial transactions which are subject to special control) and results of their control or template of the special form of format ".xlsx" which is posted on the official site of the State Control Committee on the global computer Internet in the Section "Department of Financial Monitoring".";
1.2. Item 19 after the words "financial transactions" to add with the words "and the other persons representing special forms";
1.3. state Item 20 in the following edition:
