1. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of Rules of management of means of the pension accruals created for benefit of the insured persons which did not use option of managing company, Social fund of the Kyrgyz Republic under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" of September 13, 2024 No. 559 the following changes:
in Rules of management of means of the pension accruals created for benefit of the insured faces which did not use option of managing company, Social fund of the Kyrgyz Republic under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic, approved by the above-stated resolution:
1) in item 4:
- in the subitem 3 of figure "25" to replace with figures "20";
add with the subitem 9 of the following content:
"9) shares of the Kyrgyz issuers created in the form of open joint stock companies, in the amount of no more than 10 percent of cost of pension accruals.";
- add with Chapter 4 following of content:
