Bring in the Federal Law of July 5, 2010 No. 154-FZ "The consular charter of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2010, No. 28, Art. 3554; 2011, No. 49, Art. 7064; 2014, No. 30, Art. 4268; 2020, No. 52, Art. 8577; 2021, No. 24, Art. 4196; 2022, No. 50, Art. 8781; 2023, No. 18, Art. 3214; No. 51, Art. 9160) following changes:
To exclude 1) regarding the 2nd Article 8 of the word "based on the international treaty of the Russian Federation with the corresponding foreign state";
2) in Article 16:
a) state part 6 in the following edition:
"6. In the territories of separate foreign states authorized by the federal executive body knowing questions of foreign affairs and the state unitary enterprise which is under its authority (further - jurisdictional enterprise) renders through economic society which founder is the jurisdictional enterprise (further - economic society), its affiliated, dependent societies, branches (representations) in the territory of foreign states assistance to consular establishments and consular departments of diplomatic representations of the Russian Federation for the purpose of making of separate consular actions, implementation of separate powers regarding documents acceptance of applicants (except as specified, if regulatory legal acts establish the requirement about corporal appearance of the applicant in consular establishment or consular department of diplomatic representation of the Russian Federation for making of consular action concerning the applicant). For the purpose of accomplishment of the functions provided by this part, economic society has the right to attract the third parties in coordination with the federal executive body knowing questions of foreign affairs.";
