5) rendering assistance to the citizens of the Russian Federation who are in the territory of the consular district in realization of their voting rights in case of elections to federal bodies of the government and the participation right in referendum of the Russian Federation;
6) state registration of acts of civil status;
7) making of notarial actions;
8) consular legalization of the foreign official documents intended for representation in the territory of the Russian Federation;
9) reclamation of the documents concerning the rights and interests of citizens and legal entities;
