About entering of amendments and changes into the Law "About Education"

Article 1. Regarding 1 article 3 of the Law of April 14, 1999 No. ZR-297 "About education" (further - the Law):
Item 8 after the words "association" to add 1) with the words "or type of general education educational institution which according to the destination is effective also as the center of development of community, performing all levels of the general education (including preschool) and out-of-school education, and also, proceeding from requirements of community, performs informal education (training) for adults, and also the cultural, technological, sports services intended for youth";
To add 2) with Item 28 of the following content:
"28) the certificate on the right to management - the document issued in case of ensuring positive result of the testing organized by authorized body of public administration by education for applicants for positions of directors of preschool, general education, professional educational institutions".
Article 2. State Items 6.4 and 6.5 of part 1 of article 36 of the law in the following edition:
"6. 4) establishes the nomenclature of positions of pedagogical and administrative employees of the organizations and centers realizing out-of-school programs, and their description;
6. 5) is established by procedure for financing of the out-of-school organizations and centers financed from the government budget;".
Article 3. Regarding 1 article 37 of the Law:
Item 3.3 to declare 1) invalid;
To add 2) with Items 3.4-3.6 of the following content:
"3. 4) approves approximate curricula of music, art, graphic and dancing schools;
3. 5) is approved by procedure for the organization of acceptance in music, art, art and dancing schools and holding final examinations;
