1. Bring in the order of the Minister of the industry and infrastructure development of the Republic of Kazakhstan of September 3, 2019 No. 693 "About approval of Rules of creation and functioning of small industrial zones" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 19355) the following changes:
in Rules of creation and functioning of the small industrial zones approved by the specified order:
2) of Item 27 to state the subitem in the following edition:
"2) financing term - up to 10 years.
At the same time, according to the loan agreements signed with applicants till 2025, financing term - up to 15 years;";
2) of Item 28 to state the subitem in the following edition:
"2) financing term - up to 10 years.
At the same time, according to the loan agreements signed with applicants till 2025, financing term - up to 15 years;";
state Item 29 in the following edition:
"29. The cost of the rent of the small industrial zone is determined by the Commission for the term of the contractual commitments specified in the subitem 2) of Item 28, which shall be sufficient for covering of expenses before the creditor and servicing of the small industrial zone.".
2. To provide to development department of industrial infrastructure and intra country value of the Industry ministry and construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:
1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Industry ministry and construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-Minister of Industry and construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
