1. Bring in the order of the Minister for Culture and Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan of November 19, 2014 No. 100 "About approval of Rules of carrying out certification of trainers, trainers-teachers and sports judges" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 9995) the following change:
in Rules of carrying out certification of the trainers, trainers-teachers and sports judges approved by the specified order:

"2. Certification of trainers, trainers-teachers and sports judges is carried out by national accredited sports sports federations (further - federations) according to the professional standards developed and approved by authorized body in the field of physical culture and sport (further - authorized body) according to Item 5 of article 5 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About professional qualifications".".
2. To provide to committee on cases of sport and physical culture of the Ministry of tourism and sport of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) after enforcement of this order placement it on Internet resource of the Ministry of tourism and sport of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
3) within ten working days after execution of the actions provided by this order, submission to Department of legal service of the Ministry of tourism and sport of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on execution of actions.
3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising deputy minister of tourism and sport of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
