About approval of the Amount of payments for transportation and storage of temporarily detained vehicles on special platforms or parking
According to paragraph one of Item 13 of the Procedure for temporary detention by employees of authorized divisions of National police of vehicles and their storage approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 17, 2008 No. 1102, for the purpose of dimensioning of payments for transportation and storage of temporarily detained vehicles on special platforms or parking of PRIKAZYVAYEM:
1. Approve the Amount of payments for transportation and storage of temporarily detained vehicles on special platforms or parking which are applied.
2. Of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine (Grintsov M.) to provide to department of interaction with National police of Ukraine submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure.
3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
4. To impose control of execution of the order on deputy ministers according to distribution of duties.

1. The amount of payments for transportation and storage of the vehicle on special site or the parking (further - the Amount of payments) is levied from drivers, owners (co-owners) of temporarily detained vehicle (except the vehicles belonging to budgetary institutions) and used territorial (including interregional) by the bodies of National police of Ukraine and all other companies, organizations, the organizations performing the activities connected with transportation and storage of vehicles irrespective of pattern of ownership of site or the parking and with what territorial (including interregional) bodies of National police of Ukraine sign in accordance with the established procedure agreements.
2. The amount of payments is determined excluding tax on value added which is levied according to the Tax code of Ukraine.

4. The amount of payments is rounded:
towards reduction to the next number which is coming to an end on 0, if come to an end from 1 to 4 kopeks;
towards increase up to the next number which is coming to an end on 0, if from 5 to 9 kopeks reach a limit.
