Bring in the Procedure for use of the means provided in the government budget for accomplishment of the state target programs of reforming and development of defense industry complex, development, development and implementation of new technologies, building-up of the available production capacities for the production of defense products approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 23, 2016 No. 544 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2016, No. 69, Art. 2329; 2017, No. 58, Art. 1752; 2018, No. 76, Art. 2542; 2023, No. 104, the Art. 6226) changes which are applied.

1. In paragraph one of Item 1 of the word "according to the program" shall be replaced with words "according to the budget program".
2. To state the paragraph of the eighth of Item 5 in the following edition:

repair and replacement of filling window and doorways (running repair);
purchase of materials, construction materials, equipment and other objects;
