About introduction of amendments to the order of the Minister of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 24, 2019 No. 58 "About approval of standard agreements of provision of regulated services"
I ORDER:
1. Bring in the order of the Minister of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 24, 2019 No. 58 "About approval of standard agreements of provision of regulated services" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 18889) the following changes:
17) of Item 1 to exclude the subitem;
exclude appendix 17;
in the Standard agreement on provision of services of water supply and (or) water disposal approved by the specified order:
16) of Item 29 to state the subitem in the following edition:
"16) to respond to claims and addresses of the Consumer on the questions connected with execution of this Agreement within 20 (twenty) working days from the date of receipt of the corresponding address;".
2. To provide to committee on regulation of natural monopolies of the Ministry of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan and its placement on Internet resource of the Ministry of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan after day of its first official publication.
3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-minister of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
